Pranic Soul Yoga School

Pranic Soul was created in 2015 to form an environment for self transformation so the student can access their authentic self as a resource from which to teach yoga and meditation.

This program is wonderful for anyone that wants to deepen their practice and/or become a yoga teacher.

Minimum of 6 students – Maximum of 11 students

The twelve week teacher training intensive draws from a wide range of intellectual disciplines.  The eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga will offer the student a context from which to explore the form and texture of the ego.

By the end of the course the student must demonstrate a strong understanding of the Ashtanga Primary Series.  We will explore the eight chakra system, the five sutras of the aquarian age, kriya yoga, mantra, pranayama and meditation.

We will have many discussions around conscious communication and projection with an introduction to the science of the sound.  The training will also dive into sanskrit names, anatomy and in detail intelligent sequencing of postures for creative and dynamic vinyasa flow classes.

What to expect:

  • Develop a deeper appreciation and passion for yoga as a transformative practice.

  • Study, refine and deepen your own practice.

  • Learn to teach anyone and everyone.
